Design And Style
Since MG Hector has been introduced since then, the response to the SUV's look is getting mixed. With its dual headlamp setup, big front grill and rap surround taillight, we liked the overall design of this car.
Large front grill and dual headlamp setup are provided in front of this SUV. Crum has been used in the front portion around the grill, LED drill and LED projector headlamp. Its chrome is well-connected, which makes its classic look and design attractive and does not look provocative. In the lower part of the front bumpers, there is also a large air intake, which is surrounded by a silver accent. The side part of the MM Hector looks good due to the Sharpe Shoulder line and crease. It has rectangular wheel arcs installed, which makes the design of the SUV overlays like box better. Along with this, chrome has been used in the lower part of the door and Moris Garage has been written, which reflects the name of the brand.
Dual tone 17-inch alloy wheels have been installed in top spac variants of MG Hector. This 17-inch wheel looks small, especially with wheel arcs, it looks small and that looks like a lack of good design of this SUV.
Talking about the last part of MG Hector, LED Tail Lamps have been installed in between. It has a thin chrome strip and MG badging that fits its backside. In front and back lights have been replaced by a dynamic turn indicator which gives premiums to SUV s. In the last part, a large silver diffuser has been installed in the lower part of the rear bumpers, in which the reflector and rear fog lamps have been installed.

Interior, Features & Practicality
Talking about the cage of MG Hector, the interior of this SUV has been kept all black and no physical buttons have been given. Speaking of the cabin's most different feature, it has a 10.4-inch vertical touchscreen entertainment display and it is the largest in its segment.
It controls all functions, including 10.4 inch screen audio system, climate control, information control, navigation and flagship, smart connectivity technology. This smart smart technology offers more than 50 connected features, including voice recognition, Geo-fencing, live vehicle tracking, vehicle status and many such features. This system provides Voice Activated AI Enabled Technology, which is called 'Hello MG' can go. There is a long list of such per-set hundred commands, ranging from opening and closing the window, adjusting the climate control by taking the sunroof and boot, navigation settings, lifting calls and rejection. This smart smart technology comes with an e-SIM that always connects to the internet and therefore has a badge for Internet Inside in Hector.
The main cockpit area of the car has a steering wheel with a large leather flat flat bottom. Its steering is good and it has several control buttons which can be used for incoming / outgoing calls, audio control and cruise control settings. In the instrument cluster, a 3.5-inch MID display has been installed which shows Trip Meter, Current Mileage, Average Mileage and Distance then Empty (Fuel Range).

Conflict And Boot Space
A huge cabin has been given in MG Hector. Leather is used in top spec variants and cushioning is also good. Its front seat power is adjustable, the driver seat can be adjusted in 6 ways and seat with front passenger can be adjusted in 4 ways. This seat provides good Thai and Lumber support, which gives a comfortable position that is also good for long journeys.
The rear seat is placed on the same theme which offers excellent Thai support and cushing. There are also adequate headroom and legroom available for longest passenger. Because of its flat floor, three people can sit easily with the good legroom in the rear. It also has a central arm rest, in which two cup holders have been provided, which provides a comfortable seating position to the previous passenger.
MG Motor has given good storage compartment all over Hector. This includes the cup holder, rear armrest and the space given on the four doors given in the center console.
In MG Hector, a boot space of 587 liters is given, after all the seats are in the upright position. Its previous seats can also be folded in 60:40 splits, which also boosts its boot space.

Engine Performance and Driving Experience
Talking about the technical know-how of MG Hector, this SUV is being provided with two engine options, which includes 1.5 liter turbo petrol and 2.0 liter diesel. Its 1.5 liter turbo charged petrol engine provides torque of 250 nm at 143 bhp and 1600-3600 rpm at 5000 rpm.
Its diesel engine has also been used in its competitive jeep compass. This 2.0 liter diesel engine provides torque of 350 nm at 170 bhp and 1750-2500 rpm at 3750 rpm.
In both engines, the 6-speed manual gearbox has been installed in standard form. The option of 7 Speed Dual Clutch Automatic Transmission (DCT) is given in its petrol variant.

MG has also used hybrid technology in the top spec petrol variant of Hector SUV. This is a 48V hybrid motor which gives instant power due to the regenerative breaking system. The advantage of this is that it emits 12 percent more mileage and 11 percent less CO2.
Now after the technical know-how know how it works in SUVs. We have first run its gasoline hybrid variant from Coimbatore to Kotagiri Town in Nilgiri Mountain.
Its petrol engine gives good performance from the start, its hybrid motor provides little voice which can be disconnected. This engine is refurbished well and provides low range power of good quality, which is enough to run comfortably in the city's low speed traffic.
MG Hector also offers good power and torque in the highway and curved roads outside the city. In any speed, it provides continuous good power, which makes it easy to overtake the city, the ghat even in this mountainous roads.
Talking about the diesel variant of MG Hector, it feels easy and fun to run against petrol variants. It offers tremendous low end torque. However, a little bit of the engine is heard in the cabin. MG hector could be better than better insulation and NVH level.

Turning on MG Hector several times, one gets to one side, especially on the blind turn, it becomes a bit more difficult. This reduces your confidence a bit, because of which you feel reluctant to accelerate the acceleration. Its steering is good and gets lighter in low speed and its weight does not grow accordingly. This steering does not feel as good as it does at a high speed.
Its 6-speed manual gearbox is smoothed in both petrol and diesel variants and looks like precision gear. However, it also provides a little jar, which is constantly felt when changing the gear. Suspension and breaking of MG Hector is the best. Its suspension runs smoothly on rough surfaces and the cabin does not feel a bit too much. For breaking, all four wheels have gone on, which provide excellent stopping power.
